In Coldwater, MS heat, warm air, iced lines, or a tripping breaker isn't something to sit on. Pressure, amp draw, and coil condition all get checked before any part gets quoted.
A refrigerant top-off with no leak search is a classic way homeowners in Coldwater end up paying twice. Our process is pressure readings, spec comparison, and electronic leak detection, because a properly repaired leak outlasts three top-offs.
Non-negotiables on every cooling call.
Every tech handling refrigerant carries current federal certification — a legal requirement we take seriously.
We bump no-cool calls ahead of routine work, even during the busiest stretch of summer.
Capacitor or compressor, the price you approve is the price on the invoice before work starts.
Real detection equipment finds the source, not just a temporary patch.
Six issues that cover the majority of what we see.
We locate, repair, and recharge to spec — not just refilled and sent on its way.
Hard-starting or high-amp compressors get tested before we recommend replacement.
We find why the coil froze, not just defrost it and hope.
Dual-run capacitor failure is a leading reason an outdoor unit won't start, and it's usually a same-visit fix once confirmed.
A coil caked in debris can't reject heat properly, which spikes head pressure and stresses the compressor, so we clean and inspect during the visit.
A blown fuse or tripped disconnect can present exactly like a dead compressor, so we rule these out first to avoid an unnecessary replacement.
What to expect once you call.
Describe the symptom — warm air, ice, tripping breaker — and we route the nearest tech and we'll get a tech moving.
